On Dec. 16-17, students and faculty sponsors at Hayfield will have a chance to be photographed in the yearbook for their respective school clubs and extracurriculars.
Similar to the 2024-2025 academic year, this opportunity will be offered during the school day in the gymnasium, where students will arrive at a certain time according to their club pass. Club sponsors have been given a spreadsheet to schedule a time for their students to have their photo taken, so students should already have their pass or at least be notified on what time they need to report to the gymnasium. Unlike previous years, however, these passes distributed from the sponsors are crucial for students to get their picture taken. They will be checked upon entry into the gymnasium, and any student without a pass will be sent back to their classroom.
This efficient process ensures not only that the photography schedule runs smoothly, but also that the students participating aren’t missing the entire instructional period or using the event as a means to skip class without reason.
With the oversight and collaboration of photographers, Hayfield’s Yearbook staff, and Brittany Eckard, the yearbook photos are sure to be a wonderful experience for everyone involved.
